Membership Sign-Up
CCAPOA Annual Paid Membership provides you and your immediate family who reside at the same address access to all benefits of the Association:
* Use of our four private beaches, located at Gates 3, 7, 13 and 21
* Ability to have access to our private boat docks, moorings and gated boat launch
* Exclusive access to members-only social events throughout the year
In addition, your paid membership also provides you and immediate family members over 18 years of age, full member voting privileges at the CCAPOA Annual Meeting and Board Elections.
Please note: CCAPOA Membership is available to all registered users of the Association's website. To become a registered user, you must reside within the Association Boundaries.

If you do not already have an approved account with us, please CLICK HERE to register online and provide us with your details. Once approved you will be able to sign up for your annual membership and access all the exclusive benefits the Association provides. All applications are subject to Board Approval.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
CCAPOA Annual Membership is offered at an early-bird discounted rate of $265 per year for all dues received on of before the last day of February. All discounts expire on March 1st and membership is assessed at the full rate of $275.

SENIOR DISCOUNT ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
An additional Senior Discount Membership is offered to all of our older, wiser and more mature members as a token of our appreciation for their continued support of the neighborhood. If you are 62 years or older, you are entitled to a reduced dues fee of $255 for all dues received on or before the last day of February. All discounts expire on March 1st and membership is assessed at the full rate of $275.
In order to receive the Senior Discount Membership, your online account must be registered as a Senior Member, at the time of account creation. If you have recently become a senior (62 years) and would like your account updating, please contact [email protected].
